Returns and Refunds

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact dqfartstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, package photos, product photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Unused and unopened items may be reviewed for return approval within 14 days of delivery. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Opened tattoo ink, used needles, used grips, opened disposable consumables, and products that have been used on skin may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
